Sales Coordinator, Cape Town

Skynet South Africa (Pty) Ltd requires an individual to fill the above position. The successful incumbent will be based at the Cape Town branch and will report directly to the Customer Relationships Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Uploading all Commercial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Preparing commissions on a monthly basis
  • Taking minutes of the weekly Commercial meeting
  • Ensuring all reports are updated timeously
  • Updating the sales figures on a daily basis
  • Uploading and scanning in credits for the Commercial team
  • Managing the timeous opening of accounts and follow up on outstanding accounts
  • Preparing and following up on all expense claims for Commercial team
  • Printing and binding KPI reports for the Commercial team
  • Assisting at reception when necessary
  • Assisting with the PAXI account when necessary
  • Obey any reasonable instruction given by a superior or person in authority.
  • Attend any training courses made available by the Company.
  • Ensure the SABS ISO 9002 Quality System is adhered to by all staff in areas of responsibility.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

  • Matric
  • South African citizen
  • Work with high level of confidentiality
  • Clear criminal record
  • At least 2 years’ office administration experience
