HR Coordinator, Isando

Skynet South Africa (Pty) Ltd requires an individual to fill the above position. The successful incumbent will be based at our Head Office in Isando and will report directly to the HR Executive.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation and ensure all is properly completed before submitting to payroll
  • Advertising of vacancies
  • Liaising with Recruitment Agencies
  • Issue Contracts of employment
  • Ensure Organograms are updated as changes occur
  • Execute regular personnel file audits
  • Ensure every new appointment / transfer / promotion is accompanied by signed job description to be kept on file
  • Assist in the completion of the monthly HR Metrics incl. StatsSA
  • Assist in the preparation of the BBBEE rating (required documentation & information)
  • Co-ordination of the Supplier Evaluation documents to create vendors
  • Processing of invoices for the HR Department
  • Assist Training Officer with various L&D duties
  • Ordering of stationery for the HR Department
  • Deal with confirmation of employment telephone calls
  • Ensure job titles and grades are correctly updated in payroll
  • Ensure consistent application of Standard Procedures Instructions (SPI’s)
  • Provide assistance to HR Projects & Initiatives
  • General admin duties such as filing, diary management, taking messages & screening of calls for HR team members in their absence
  • Perform all reasonable ad-hoc duties 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: 

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary HR qualification (Diploma/Degree)
  • South African citizen
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources incl Contracts of Employment, Dept of Labour, StatsSA and Performance management
  • Working knowledge of VIP HR Premier module
  • Work with high level of confidentiality
  • Clear criminal record
